Although Black Friday 2013 has not arrived just yet, Walmart announced its Cyber Monday 2013 deals, which of course is a week long sale rather than just one simply Monday sale. In fact, they are calling it Cyber Week 2013, and there will be all kinds of deals available on Walmart.com, according to a Nov. 25 GDP Insider report.
The Walmart Cyber Monday sale starts on Saturday, Nov. 30, and it will run through Friday, Dec. 6. Of course, on the actual Cyber Monday, Dec. 2, Walmart.com will have additional special deals, but the special Cyber Monday 2013 deals will be available on Sunday, Dec. 1 for Walmart Facebook fans, mobile app users, and email subscribers.
Joel Anderson, president and CEO, Walmart.com U.S. said,
“Last year, Cyber Monday was our best sales day in Walmart.com’s history and we’ve spent all year preparing to make it even better for customers. More than two-thirds of people who plan to shop in our stores on Black Friday also plan to shop Cyber Monday. Every year there’s a bigger appetite for Cyber Monday, so we’re giving our customers great deals and rolling back our free shipping minimum to $ 35, helping them extend their budgets this holiday season.”
Some of the biggest Cyber Monday 2013 deals at Walmart.com are a Samsung 46-inch LED TV for $ 479, a LeapFrog LeapPad2 Crayola Creativity Pack Bundle for $ 69, a PlayStation 4 bundle with Dualshock 4 controller and game for $ 517, a Xbox One bundle with choice of a game or accessory for $ 559, and an Apple iPod Touch for $ 199.
The best thing about these online sales at Walmart, is that you should qualify for free shipping if you spend $ 35. If not, check out their free site to store shipping option.
