Vermont State Police arrested Peter Guetti, 23, of Burlington, Vt., for having child pornography on his iPod.
RUTLAND, Vt. – Vermont State Police arrested Peter Guetti, 23, of Burlington, Vt., for having child pornography on his iPod.
Police say a 10-year-old boy’s mother found an iPod with images of child pornography, including some pictures of her son.
Guetti was arrested on Thursday. He is being charged with possession of child pornography and promoting a recording of sexual conduct.
Guetti was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $ 5,000 bail. He will be arraigned on Friday in Rutland Criminal Court.
Police say the investigation is on-going and Guetti may face additional charges.
