iphone- third party retailer, Target, is offering 50 dollars off the iPhone 5s along with a discount and gift card. Target has also claimed it will be reducing the price of the iPhone 5s down to 179 and offering a two year contract either with AT&T or Verizon. As if this wasn't already a great deal, after you make the purchase you will be given a 30 dollar gift card. Overall, it is not completely clear just how many deals we will actually see or be able to find available related to Apple and their products, but cooperating retailers will offer lower deals, and even if Apple doesn't drop any prices, this still might make Black Friday worth it for I phone users. Package deals are also offered by stores such as Target. They are most likely developed to encourage a greater flood of consumers, and most importantly, to entice buyers to purchase more than just one item via the gift and discount cards that come along with buying items such as the iPhone 5. With Thanksgiving practically around the corner, we can only hope that Apple will release better deals so encourage consumers this 2013.
Ipad- When it comes to the iPad Black Friday2013 deals, Staples is taking an early lead. They are offering up to 80 dollars off of the current iPads and a special Black Friday deal that takes a maximum of 150 off of the last generation iPad 4. The following is a list of available deals related to the ipad.
iPad mini – 80 dollars off all models, iPad Air – 50 dollars off all models, iPad 4 – 150 dollars off all models
i pod- Apple will be offering the Waterproof I pod shuffle for 149, the apple 7th generation for 219, and the i pod touch for 215. These of course are all offered at these prices through third party retailers, as Apple typically would not be the store to offer the best deals for electronics. Now that Thanksgiving is right around the corner, we're hoping for any additional deals from Apple or their related parties.
