Free new game download for iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch donates to charity - Examiner.com

The developer of the free new game "Bike Games" is donating one penny to the charity "Donors Choose" with every download, according to an Oct 2 report in AppCraver. A penny donation may seem like a small amount, but when you consider that an iPad, iPhone or iPad game may generate hundreds of thousands of downloads, the pennies can add up fast.

"Donors Choose" is a charity that helps needy classrooms. Public school teachers in poor school districts post requests for classroom items like pencils, crayons and even microscopes.

"Bike Games" is a fun action bike game where you race through 60 levels of different environments filled with obstacles. The aim to race as fast as you can and pass the finish line in as short a time as possible. You can also challenge your friends through Game Center to see who gets the best time for each level.

Another new free game that was just released to the App Store today is "Vampire Season-Monster Defense". This is a cool real-time strategy tower defense game with an awesome theme. In this game you must use an army of the undead (like Nuclear Pumpkins, Zombies, Boogiemen and many more) to keep Dracula’s hideout safe from the great hunters who seek Dracula’s blood.

With 3D graphics and grid-free game play, "Vampire Season-Monster Defense" is as addictive as it is fun. Through 30 challenging levels in environments of forests, swamps, dungeons and laboratories the hunters keep searching for Dracula’s coffin. No one knows why these hunters are so angry, but they keep coming.

You can upgrade the monsters in your undead army and cast spells to temporarily boost your army’s power. You can also mix your monsters to create hybrid monsters with a unique combination of powers.

For an extra challenge you can play in Survival Mode if you dare to face an unlimited swarm of hunters! Wow—and just in time for the Halloween season too.

These free games are compatible with iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
