A just released free app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch creates special greetings songs that you can send to friends and family, according to an October 6 report in "AppCraver". While there are lots of musical greetings apps on the market, this free app is unique.
"AcoustiCards" personalizes the song that you want to send with a recipient's name and a customized message filled with personal details. Best of all, there are no visible ads!
To create a song greeting in "AcoustiCards" all a user has to do is to select the song to be sent to a friend or loved one, fill out some info about that person—and in less two minutes your song is created for you to preview! Just tap Continue at the top of the screen and your song will be sent through Facebook or Twitter, or sent by email or text to the recipient.
The person who receives the song does not need to download "AcoustiCards" to listen to it. All they have to do is to tap a link!
The developer of this app is Paul Arnold, a radio producer and engineer with many BBC and Sony awards and you can tell,, by the songs that you create, that this project was a labor of love for him.
Some songs are free to send, others range from one penny to $ 2.99.
