The HP Chromebook 11, the latest model in Google’s series of personal computers, will weigh just over two pounds and be powered by a micro-USB charge.
In an attempt to differentiate from Apple Macs, which tend to be all white or grey, the Chromebook 11 will come in a variety of colours.
The Chromebook 11, released on October 8 in the UK, features a 11.6-inch IPS display, a Samsung Exynos 5250 processor and a battery life that is expected to last six hours.
It will also have speakers under the keyboard rather than the laptop, an innovation which Google said will mean sounds are “the sound is crisp, clear and pointed up towards your ears”.
